Stainless steel injector with high-pressure foam lance installed between the outlet of the high-pressure unit and the original spray device using a T-piece. Ideal for the professional cleaning of carriers' trucks, applications in the food industry and applications in industrial foam cleaning. The injector unit is connected to the high-pressure foam lance by means of an optional high-pressure hose up to 40 m long. The existing spray device is used for cleaning and rinsing work. The direct provision of cleaning agents in the foam lance without needing to switch devices or change accessories saves huge amounts of both cleaning agents and time. The layout can be further simplified for handling and increased efficiency by integrating two hose reels. The unit can be used on almost all commercially available high-pressure cleaning devices up to 310 bar and max. 90°C.

Foam set: Standard foam lance, injector (coupling and plugin nipple, galvanised steel and M22 MT) with dosing valve, 1000-mm chemical suction hose and suction filter, max. 250 bar/90°C

Attention: Hose from the HP cleaner to the foam injector and hose from the injector to the foam lance are not included in the delivery programme (both M22 with plugin coupling).
