Dosatron Proportional Dosing Pump D3RE10 AF

The Dosatron D3RE10 AF enables precise and reliable dosing of care and cleaning products directly into the water flow – without the need for manual premixing. Even small amounts of water activate the drive piston, which in turn operates the dosing piston. The dosing piston draws in the required product and injects it proportionally into the water line.

The dosing is automatic and proportional to the volume of water. This keeps the mixing ratio constant even when flow rate or water pressure changes. It helps prevent unnecessary product waste and ensures economical and consistent application.

The dosing rate can be adjusted externally. Thanks to its self-priming capability, the unit can draw product from a distance of up to 4 m. The Dosatron is supplied with a wall bracket and is suitable for water flow rates from 10 to 3,000 l/h.
