High-Pressure Pre-Wash Unit with Control and Coin Acceptor for Self-Service Operation

This compact high-pressure pre-wash unit was specifically developed for commercial use and pre-washing in self-service car wash facilities. Its space-saving design and integrated electrical control enable connection-ready installation. The unit is suitable for operation with process water.

The motor pump unit is equipped with a bypass valve, delayed total-stop control, pressure gauge, ON/OFF switch and a 5 m power cable. Coupling and flange bell housing complete the robust design.

For self-service operation, the system features an electronic coin acceptor with coin return. The separate control cabinet operates with a 24 V control voltage and enables reliable system control. The motor pump unit is mounted using a wall bracket with rubber buffers.
