Dosatron Proportional Dosing Pump D3RE2 AF – Precise Chemical Dosing

The Dosatron D3RE2 AF enables precise and reliable dosing of chemicals directly into the water flow. Its proportional dosing technology automatically adjusts the amount of injected product to the volume of water, even when water flow or pressure fluctuates. This makes the Dosatron particularly suitable for consistent and controlled chemical dosing in car washes and truck pre-washing applications.

The water flow drives the piston, which in turn operates the dosing piston. The dosing piston draws in the required product and injects it directly into the water line. The dosing rate can be conveniently adjusted externally from 0.2 to 2%.

The Dosatron operates without an electrical drive and, thanks to its self-priming effect, can draw product from a distance of up to 4 m. The unit is supplied with a wall bracket.
