Dosatron Proportional Dosing Pump D3RE2 VF – Precise Chemical Dosing

The Dosatron D3RE2 VF enables precise and reliable dosing of chemicals directly into the water flow. Its proportional dosing technology automatically adjusts the amount of injected product to the volume of water, regardless of fluctuations in water flow or pressure. This makes the Dosatron ideal for consistent and controlled chemical dosing in car washes and truck pre-washing applications.

Even small amounts of water activate the drive piston, which operates the dosing piston. The dosing piston draws in the required product and injects it directly into the water line. The dosing rate can be conveniently adjusted externally from 0.2 to 2%, allowing the product concentration to be precisely adapted to the respective application.

The Dosatron operates without an electrical drive. Thanks to its self-priming effect, the product can be drawn from a distance of up to 4 m. The unit is supplied with a wall bracket.
