Dosatron Proportional Dosing Pump D07RE5 AF – for Alkaline Chemicals

The Dosatron D07RE5 AF is a reliable dosing pump for the precise and automatic dosing of alkaline chemicals, for example in car washes or for truck pre-washing. The dosing process works completely without electricity and is driven solely by the flow of water.

Even small amounts of water activate the drive piston, which operates the dosing piston. The dosing piston draws in the cleaning or care product and injects it proportionally into the water line. The mixing ratio remains constant even when water flow or pressure fluctuates. This ensures consistent dosing and helps prevent unnecessary chemical consumption caused by manual premixing.

The dosing rate can be adjusted externally. Thanks to the self-priming effect, the product can be drawn from a distance of up to 4 m. The unit is supplied with a wall bracket.
