Compact High-Pressure Pre-Wash Unit for Commercial Use

This high-pressure pre-wash unit was specifically developed for commercial use, particularly for pre-washing in car wash facilities. Its compact design allows for space-saving installation, while the integrated electrical control makes the unit connection-ready. The system is suitable for operation with process water.

The equipment includes a powerful high-pressure pump, a shut-off spray gun with swivel joint and a 5 m steel-braided spray hose. The integrated VS/ABS hose reel with 10 m hose ensures convenient and tidy handling. The timer allows an operating time of 30–300 seconds. An electronic coin acceptor is also integrated and can be configured for one coin.

The unit is now supplied including a spray assembly, without nozzle. Multilingual stickers are available on request. This makes the high-pressure pre-wash unit particularly suitable for compact self-service wash bays and commercial pre-washing applications.
